Bryan has a special interest in working with families. When one part of a family system is out of sync, it impacts the entire family. Bryan enjoys helping to bring families back to equilibrium. He is trained in marriage and family therapy and uses his skills to help families and couples interact and communicate in healthy ways.
Bryan works with adults and teenagers struggling with anxiety, ADD, ADHD, abuse, anger, trauma, sibling sexual abuse, and chronic illness. He also has experience working with adoptive and foster families.
Bryan is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), an extensively researched psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and distressing life experiences. He is also a Level I Gottman-trained therapist, focused on helping couples and families experience new ways of communicating.
